PENGELOLAAN BANK SAMPAH TUNAS SEJAHTERA DI DESA GEDOG KECAMATAN SANANWETAN KABUPATEN BLITAR

The aim of establishing this waste bank is that people can sort organic and organic waste. Then, the results of decomposing this non-organic waste can be converted into cash if channeled to a waste bank. The aim of this research is to find out (1) whether the Tunas Sejahtera Waste Bank Group has implemented the 3R program in its management, (2) whether the Waste Bank has been run correctly. The research location was carried out purposively or intentionally, namely the Tunas Sejahtera Waste Bank Group in Gedog Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar Regency. The research was carried out from July to October 2023. Data collection techniques used interview methods, observation and use of documents. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis: analytical descriptive. The results of the analysis show (1) Most of the Tunas Sejahtera Waste Bank Group has managed waste using the 3R: Reuse concept. This research aimed to determine factors that effected on red union farming income in Rejoagung Village, Sumberwringin District, Bondowoso Regency. Method of this research was purposive sampling that 30 respondent to be used in this research. This research performed by Multiple Regression Anlysis which used SPSS software. The results of this research showed that land area, seed cost, fertilizer cost, pestiside cost, and labour cost significantly simultanous effecting red union farming income in Rejoagung Village, Sumberwringin District, Bondowoso Regency. The results showed that land area significantly effected red union farming income in Rejoagung Village, Sumberwringin District, Bondowoso Regency.

This research focused on effect of land area and production costs on income smalholder robusta coffee in Harapan Makmur IV farmer coffee group Bondowoso Regency. The methode in determining the research area was purposively conducted, with consideration in Harapan Makmur IV farmer coffee group Bondowoso Regency. The methode of this research was descriptive quantitative research. The data used primary data collected and used 30 respondent which resulted from simple cluster sampling technique. The results of this research were land area and production cost (fertilizer cost, pesticide cost and labour cost) significantly influencing on income smalholder robusta coffee in Harapan Makmur IV farmer coffee group Bondowoso Regency. Land area, fertilizer cost and labour cost most significantly effected income smalholder robusta coffee in Harapan Makmur IV farmer coffee group Bondowoso Regency.

This research is aimed at finding out the benefits and added value of the Maesan I Tobacco farming business in Pekalanga Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency. The data used is primary data conducted by direct interviews in the field and filling out questionnaires as well as secondary data. The population is 30 farmers. The analysis method used is income analysis and added value analysis. Based on the results of the research discussion, it can be concluded that it is profitable for farmers, the income of Maesan I Tobacco Farmers is IDR. 7,537,000 per one production, in Pekalangan village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency, the added value of Maesan I Rough sliced Tobacco is IDR 1,214/Kg in one production process with a value added ratio of 23.28%. So it can be concluded that the Maesan 1 Tobacco farming business in Pekalangan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency provides added value.
