PERAN GURU BK TERHADAP KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SEKOLAH

The "Kurikulum Merdeka," introduced by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), aims to create a more flexible and relevant educational system that meets contemporary needs, focusing on the personal and contextual development of students' potential. In this context, the role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers (GCTs) becomes crucial. GCTs act as counselors, consultants, agents of change, prevention agents, coordinators, assessors, and career developers. They assist students in overcoming various personal, social, academic, and career-related challenges while supporting the development of students' social and emotional skills. The implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" faces several challenges, including gaps in teacher understanding and readiness, limited infrastructure and facilities, resistance to change, as well as the need for new standards in learning evaluation and assessment. To address these challenges, intensive training and mentoring for teachers, infrastructure improvements, socialization, and education about the "Kurikulum Merdeka," the development of holistic evaluation systems, and collaboration between GCTs and academic teachers are necessary.

With the support of all relevant stakeholders, the "Kurikulum Merdeka" is expected to establish a better and more relevant education system, producing a generation of youth who are competent, creative, and highly competitive in the era of globalization.

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TIPE PICTURE AND PICTURE DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN SISWA DI SDN WONOSUKO 01

The picture and picture type cooperative learning model in increasing student understanding can produce an effective, innovative learning process and improve the results of student activities. This research aims to determine the application of the picture and picture learning model in improving students' understanding. The research approach uses qualitative with a descriptive type. The research location is at SDN Wonosuko 01. Data sources are divided into two, namely primary and secondary. Primary data sources are the principal, class teachers and students of SDN Wonosuko 01 and secondary data sources are the results of observation and documentation. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research stages are pre-field, field and data analysis. The research results show: 1) The picture and picture learning model has many benefits in the classroom learning process, 2) There are various considerations that must be taken into account before determining the learning model.

ADAPTASI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DI ERA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

Artificial Intelligence is a technology that is shaped to resemble humans in the form of machines. The existence of AI will certainly be a new issue for all lines. The world of education also has a lot of impact in the process of implementing AI applications. The counseling process also needs to pay attention to the existence of the AI era. So the counselor needs to adapt to AI technology. This research was conducted using a literature study approach. Several documents were used to conduct analysis related to AI and counseling. The titles of these documents include 1) Artificial Intelligence and Counseling: Four Levels Implementation, 2) Ethical Principle for Artificial Intelligence in Counseling, 3) Ethical Principle for Artificial Intelligence in Counseling, Human Vs AI Counseling: College Student's Perspectives. The results show that AI can be used in the counseling process, especially as a communication tool. The implementation of counseling by applying AI needs to pay attention to counseling ethics, namely 1) Accountability, 2) subject welfare, 3) competence in AI, 4) clinical competence, 5) confidentiality. The types of AI that can be used for counseling applications are chatterbot and Chatbot Chat GPT.

PERAN ORANG TUA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DI MI BUSTANUL ULUM KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Parents are the most instrumental people in educating children. Parents must make themselves as role models, educators and teachers for their children. Parents must always guide and support in every development that children have both formal and non-formal development. The role of parents is very important in determining the success of education, especially for their children. This study aims to determine the role of parents in increasing children's learning motivation. The research method is qualitative with data analysis techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documents. The results show that students who are given support or direction from their parents will be even more enthusiastic about learning. Because students think that parents always support them and feel that they are always cared for, especially in academic matters.

KONTRIBUSI GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING (BK) TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII MTsS DARUL HIKMAH

This study aims to examine the contribution of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers to the learning achievements of eighth-grade students at MTsS Darul Hikmah. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using data collection techniques through interviews. The results show that the BK teachers significantly contribute to students' learning achievements by tailoring their approach to the social conditions and backgrounds of the students. Three key backgrounds considered are the majority of students coming from rural areas, most of them being Muslim, and the students' parents working as farmers. The BK program is implemented using simple methods such as problem boxes, counseling sessions in collaboration with religious teachers, and group discussions. The evaluation results indicate that the counseling program has a positive impact on students' behavior and academic performance. However, this study suggests that the BK program should be further improved, and a comparative study with more advanced schools should be conducted to enhance the quality of education at MTsS Darul Hikmah.
