In this context, the role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers (GCTs) becomes crucial. GCTs act as counselors, consultants, agents of change, prevention agents, coordinators, assessors, and career developers. They assist students in overcoming various personal, social, academic, and career-related challenges while supporting the development of students' social and emotional skills. The implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" faces several challenges, including gaps in teacher understanding and readiness, limited infrastructure and facilities, resistance to change, as well as the need for new standards in learning evaluation and assessment. This research aims to determine the application of the picture and picture learning model in improving students' understanding. The research approach uses qualitative with a descriptive type. The research location is at SDN Wonosuko 01. Data sources are divided into two, namely primary and secondary. Primary data sources are the principal, class teachers and students of SDN Wonosuko 01 and secondary data sources are the results of observation and documentation. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research stages are pre-field, field and data analysis. The existence of AI will certainly be a new issue for all lines. The world of education also has a lot of impact in the process of implementing AI applications. The counseling process also needs to pay attention to the existence of the AI era. So the counselor needs to adapt to AI technology. This research was conducted using a literature study approach. Several documents were used to conduct analysis related to AI and counseling. The titles of these documents include 1) Artificial Intelligence and Counseling: Four Levels Implementation, 2) Ethical Principle for Artificial Intelligence in Counseling, 3) Ethical Principle for Artificial Intelligence in Counseling, Human Vs AI Counseling: College Student's Perspectives. The results show that AI can be used in the counseling process, especially as a communication tool. The implementation of counseling by applying AI needs to pay attention to counseling ethics, namely 1) Accountability, 2) subject welfare, 3) competence in AI, 4) clinical competence, 5) confidentiality. The research method is qualitative with data analysis techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documents. The results show that students who are given support or direction from their parents will be even more enthusiastic about learning. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach using data collection techniques through interviews. The results show that the BK teachers significantly contribute to students' learning achievements by tailoring their approach to the social conditions and backgrounds of the students. Three key backgrounds considered are the majority of students coming from rural areas, most of them being Muslim, and the students' parents working as farmers. The BK program is implemented using simple methods such as problem boxes, counseling sessions in collaboration with religious teachers, and group discussions. The evaluation results indicate that the counseling program has a positive impact on students' behavior and academic performance.
